1. Services
Spindle Locksmiths provides locksmith services including, but not limited to:

uPVC door and window lock services

Burglary damage repairs
All services are provided on a call-out or appointment basis.
2. Call-Outs and Appointments

Response times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or prior jobs

Emergency services are prioritised

Customers must provide accurate address and contact details

If access to the property cannot be gained, a charge may still apply
3. Pricing and Payments

We do not charge a call-out fee unless stated otherwise

Prices depend on the type of service, lock type, time of day, and parts required

A quote will be provided before work begins

By approving the work, you agree to the quoted price

Payment is due immediately upon completion of work
Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of service.
4. Cancellations

Appointments cancelled with short notice may be subject to a charge

If our locksmith arrives and the job is cancelled or access is denied, a fee may apply
5. Non-Destructive Entry

We aim to use non-destructive entry methods wherever possible

In some cases, damage may be unavoidable to gain access

We are not responsible for pre-existing faults or damage
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:

Confirm they have legal authority to request locksmith services

Provide proof of occupancy or ownership if requested

Ensure a safe working environment
We reserve the right to refuse service if legal authority cannot be confirmed.
7. Warranty and Guarantees

Parts supplied are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable

Workmanship is guaranteed for a reasonable period unless otherwise stated

The warranty does not cover misuse, wear and tear, or third-party interference
8. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
